Principal

Tracey Green

Tracey became the principal of Pleasant View Elementary School in 2025.

Green previously was the principal of North Joshua Elementary School, where she led that campus for two years.  She previously was the school’s assistant principal beginning in 2019. 

Having entered public education in 1997, Green previously taught first and third grade in San Bernardino, California, Livingston Parish, Louisiana as well as Midland and Pecos in Texas.  She served as a reading, writing and math interventionist in Burleson ISD from 2010 until 2017.

The principal earned a bachelor’s degree in graphic design from National University in California and a master’s degree from Lamar.  She was honored as a campus and district teacher of the year while working in Pecos and was named campus and district support teacher of the year in Burleson.
